Abstract:

We present the first all-inorganic QD-LEDs consisting of radio-frequency sputtered metal-oxide charge transport layers and a colloidal quantum dot
electroluminescent region. These devices manifest a 100-fold increase in
external quantum efficiency over previously reported structures.
